Shipping Policy

Scope

This shipping policy applies to all purchases made in our online store.

Delivery time
  • All purchases made before 2:00 PM (local time) will be delivered the next business day.

  • Purchases made after 2:00 pm, on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day and delivered on the following business day.

Availability
  • Next-Business-Day delivery is available for select ZIP codes. Availability will be confirmed at checkout, after entering your delivery address.

  • If the method is not available for the zip code provided, the customer will be notified before finalizing the purchase, and will be able to choose another available shipping method.

Conditions and Exceptions
  • Delivery within 1 Business Day is subject to payment confirmation. Orders for which payment is not confirmed by the stipulated deadline will not be eligible for this service.

  • In exceptional circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control, the delivery period may be extended. In such cases, the customer will be informed immediately of the new delivery period.

Costs
  • The shipping fee will be calculated based on the delivery address and the weight/volume of the product.

  • The shipping cost will be informed at the time of purchase completion, before the order is confirmed.

Delivery and Receipt
  • There must be someone at the delivery location to receive the order. In the event of absence, the carrier will make up to 2 (two) delivery attempts. If delivery is not possible after these attempts, the order will be returned to our distribution center, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of a new shipment.

Tracking
  • After confirming the order, the customer will receive a tracking code via email or SMS, allowing them to monitor the delivery status in real time.

Changes and Cancellations
  • Once the order and payment have been confirmed, it will not be possible to change the delivery address.

  • If the customer wishes to cancel the purchase, they must contact our support as soon as possible. Cancellations will only be accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Customer service
  • In case of doubts or problems with delivery, the customer can contact our customer service team through our support channel, available from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00.

Return policy

Scope
  • This return policy applies to all products sold in our online store.

Return Conditions
  • Products damaged in transit: If the product arrives to the recipient damaged, the customer has the right to request a return or exchange, as long as the damage is reported to our customer service within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt.

  • Manufacturing defects: If the product has manufacturing defects, the return or exchange may be requested within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt.

  • Purchase remorse: As provided for by the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the product, provided that the item is intact, with no signs of use and with the original seal not broken.

Return Procedure
  • Initial Contact: The customer must contact our customer service center to communicate the intention to return the product, informing the order number, reason for return and, if applicable, attaching photos of the damaged product.

  • Evaluation: After contacting us, our team will evaluate the request and provide detailed instructions on the return process.

  • Packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, if any.

  • Shipping: In cases of returns due to defects or damage during shipping, the cost of return shipping will be covered by our company. For returns due to regret, the shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.

Conditions of Acceptance
  • Product Integrity: For the return to be accepted, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received, with no signs of use, except in cases of proven defect or damage.

  • Seal: Products with a broken seal, especially liquids, will not be accepted for return, except in cases of defect or damage.

Reimbursement
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be processed according to the original form of payment:

    • Credit card: The refund will be made as a credit on the card statement, within up to 30 (thirty) days, depending on the card administrator.

    • PIX or bank transfer: The refund will be made via bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer, within 2 (ten) business days.

Exchanges
  • In case of exchange due to defect or damage, a new product will be sent to the customer at no additional cost, after the original item has been returned and checked.

  • The exchange will be subject to stock availability. If the product is not available, the customer may choose another product of equivalent value or a refund.

Transport and Liability
  • Returned products will be transported by third-party carriers. We recommend that the customer packs the product securely, using materials that adequately protect the contents.

  • Our company is not responsible for damage caused during the transportation of returns, except when the shipping is arranged by us.
